The forming process adopts the advanced control technology of bending digital control and hydraulic servo control, beam synchronous measurement and control, lower beam dynamic compensation, feed mechanism control, etc. The expanding equipment adopts modern control technology such as automatic tracking and automatic detection, so that the control accuracy and production efficiency of the equipment are greatly improved. After expanding the diameter, the geometric dimension accuracy of the steel pipe is ensured, and the residual stress of forming and welding is eliminated. Effectively ensure the quality of steel pipe weld.
